Shipping Times: Time of shipments vary.  Cardinham Killigrew does not stock pre-made items.  They are constructed at the time of purchase.  In addition balms, soaps, creams, oils, colognes are all hand mixed fresh.  Please allow 2-4 weeks to process your order.

Return Policy:  We are fully committed to customer service and will do all to ensure your are happy with your purchase.  Should an issue arise please contact us and we will do our best to come up with a resolution.  Please note that monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned for any reason.  In addition, due to health and safety reasons, returns for razor blades, brushes, and other consumables may not be eligible for return. 

Shipping Policy: Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  We do not collect VAT or other customs import taxes.  These are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Signature Receipt: Certain items based on value may require a signature. Customer if fully responsible to collect and sign for packages requiring a signature.  Items lost, returned, or lost in return that are undeliverable due to incorrect address or non-collection by buyer are the buyers responsibility.

Foreign Shipments: Some countries may not provide full tracking.  We are not responsible for shipments detained or lost in foreign shipments.  Buyers should contact us and upgrade shipping with tracking if this is a concern.
