Shipping and Return Fees
shipping fees and return costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Foreign Orders: we do not play VAT or customs fees or local taxes or include them in your price.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy and will work our best for resolution of issues, though we rarely have issue.

1.) Monogrammed and customized items are non-returnable under any circumstances.

2.) Due to health and safety concerns - blades, razors, and consumable products are non-returnable.

3.) Should you have a customer service issues, please contact us and we will do our best to reach a solution. We can usually offer replacements, modifications, store credit, or other solutions.
