Shipping and Return Fees
shipping fees and return costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Foreign Orders: we do not play VAT or customs fees or local taxes or include them in your price.  Foreign shipments take time.  We are not responsible for foreign packages delayed or lost in customs.  If you wish to ensure delivery you may contact us for upgraded courier service.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy and will work our best for resolution of issues, though we rarely have issue.

1.) Monogrammed and customized items are non-returnable under any circumstances. Once an order has been monogrammed it cannot be cancelled or refunded even if it has not shipped.  Un-shipped cancelled orders will have fee of $25 per box which covers the cost of the monogrammed box.

2.) Due to health and safety concerns - blades, razors, and consumable products are non-returnable.

3.) Should you have a customer service issues, please contact us and we will do our best to reach a solution. We can usually offer replacements, modifications, store credit, or other solutions.  If you have an issue please contact us within 14 days of receipt or shipping notice and we will be happy to work with you.
4.) Shipping and Construction - Keep in mind we craft sets to order, they are not prefab.  Customs sets can take 2 to 4 weeks to  complete, though we strive for quick shipments.  Please let us know if a rush is required.
